Could another country step in to temporarily take over the country, then once they have the situation under control, hand it over to a caretaker Government until elections could be held?
It just seems rather sad that the country has been in decline for decades. I wonder if Wyclef Jean & Jimmy Jean-Louis could use their celebrity status as famous Haitians to call for an end to the violence.
