Volta is next. It's probably the worst in her studio discography. It's okay if you're really into her. Even then, I find it mostly forgettable.

If you're hoping she goes back to conventional pop structures like her first five records had, she doesn't; but the rest of her records are great. Vulnicura is my favorite.

I'm not saying you lack anything, I like dumb stuff like Wrestling and can't sit through real sports or my eyes glaze over at the obsession with technical details and stats...appreciating sophisticated music just aint your thing, man.

Edit: Also I too hate black metal, death metal, and whatever forms of metal that lack melody, harmony, or dynamic elements. I would probably like it if they made the kind of classic British second wave and American speed metal I like... but then what would the people who like really loud and aggressive white noise listen to?

vespertine is p good for me. After it is tougher for me and seems like when she went to art music. Ive been listening to discography rather than looking at specific albums so the albums tend to blend together more and specific songs stick out.

I know the highlight is debut for me. This whole thing is soooooo goodddd! Tbh from debut through vespertine is the best 3-4 hours music experience Ive had you should try it more often
