I knew it existed but I never started coming here and being active/hanging out until last year. I used to only hang out on the main system boards for playstation or Nintendo but I came over here last year because even the main system boards really started to slow down a lot and this was pretty much the only board that was still relatively active.

I prefer the more game oriented discussions on the system boards but this website is truly a shell of what it used to be and the damn board doesn't move much these days.

It is not just current events. There are boards for other things like baseball or comics

There is a bunch of non gaming boards actually. Many of them don't have much activity though

Basically, yes.

We can't link to it directly, I believe it's against the TOS, but ultimately if you pull said site up for, say, me or you, you can just replace our name in the URL with whoever you want and view their posts, too. You can remove your posts from it, but you have to input the request manually.
