I dont remember the name of the movie, but it was about a sniper who calls people on a cell phone and makes then follow his orders while watching through the scope. I had been up for over a day and I went to the movie. I fell asleep and I think missed over half the movie. I woke up right before it ended, hearing someone give a speech about how they caught the sniper
Can't get comfortable like that in public
Nope.

My mother fell asleep when we went to see Jurassic Park like 30+ years ago. But I was one of 5 pregnancies, so I just chalked that up to her having a half dozen kids and things getting relatively quiet and dark. lol
I use Google... A lot.... >______>
Fell asleep watching Thor at a drive-in.

Dont think I've fallen asleep to anything else.

Once.

Back in the 90s when I was in the Navy and lived on the ship. When you were off work and allowed to leave, it was a good idea to actually leave so you wouldnt get dragged back into working if something happened.

So I spent a lot of time at the base theatre. Movies were dirt cheap and I like movies. One day I was really tired and it was a movie Id already seen. It was a warm summer day and the theatre had really good air conditioning and it was a super comfortable theatre. It was early afternoon and I was the only one in there and I put my head back and crashed. Had a nice nap.

Yes went with the whole family to see the Patrick Swayze movie Next of Kin. My mom was the only one who was awake for the whole movie.
Every day I wake up and promise I will be nice to everyone, then I deal with people at work and remember why that will never happen.
Dark Knight Rises
You gonna do something or just stand there and bleed?
For like 10 seconds, watching the new Ninja Turtles movie.

It wasn't boring, just tired from work.

Nah, I only go see movies when I'm wide awake first thing in the morning. My dad fell asleep during parts of Infinity War in the theater, though. Which is weird, because he loves that movie now.

I write Naruto Fanfiction. But I am definitely not a furry.
I fell asleep 3 different times during the last Pirates of the Carribean movie. I'd say it was one of the worst movies I've ever seen but I really can't say I actually saw enough of it lmao

my cousin, his cousin, their friend, and I all got a little high back in high school, and went to see that one surfing movie (Blue Crush?).

we all fell asleep.

besides that, I can't remember - there was a time I used to go to the movies pretty often, and when I was unemployed, I would sometimes go multiple times a week.

Nope, not so far.

Closest one was probably Pirates of the Carribean 4.

When I was really little Id fell asleep near the end of free Willy

as an adult I almost did during venom partly because I came in after a few drinks and partly because the first like 45 minutes of that movie is insanely boring. I managed to make it though
I pray god will curse the writer, as the writer has cursed the world with this beautiful, stupendous creation, terrible in its simplicity, irresistible in truth
Came pretty close in Dune part 1. Not through any fault of the movie but because I went in tired as fuck.

Phone Booth? Pretty great movie, tbh.

On topic: yeah. I fell asleep during the first and second Harry Potter movies. First movie I think I fell asleep right about when they were in the Forbidden Forest and woke up when they were under the school . Second movie I fell asleep when they entered the Chamber and woke up at the credits XD

Both times I was just young and tired since the only time we could go to see the movie was really late.

Once. Back when The Secret of My Success came out in theaters, me and my siblings went to see it. I remember sitting down in my chair, and next thing I knew, the end credits were rolling. I slept through the whole movie.....

Sometimes I nod off and miss a few minutes of the movie.
When ancient man screamed and beat on the ground with sticks, they called it WITCHCRAFT.
When modern man does the same thing, they call it GOLF.
I nodded off a bit at the end of Gretel and Hansel. It's a very slow and quiet movie.

My dad did the same thing! Though he had a terrible sleep schedule from when i was in elementary school forward - it's only in hindsight I realize how much he missed out on

I fell asleep during Crimes of Grisendwald (sp) - my sister really wanted to see it so took her husband and me. I hadn't watched any HP movies after OotP and was struggling with a lot of daytime drowsiness so only really remember the ending where Depp starts teleporting people under the justification of muggles needing to be controlled for their safety
Emoji movie that I took my kids to see.

The funny thing about it is I was in a row of Dads with their kids with reclining seats, and all four of us fell asleep while our kids watched. As the credits rolled, we strangers all nodded to each other, like we had handled the situation in the only rational way.
An opinion does not turn into a fact simply because the person holding it feels strongly about it.
