I thought about using pancake batter as a dough. Like make a big pancake that will be the dough. What kind of sauce would be a good breakfast pizza?

I get actual breakfast pizza whenever I can. Not sure about some kind of pancake thing though.

Breakfast pizza is already a popular existing pizza where I am in the Midwest.

Definitely a big no on pancake batter dough though.

dunno about getting crazy with it like using pancake batter instead of regular crust

might be a nifty experiment though, i'd say go ahead and try it and see how it comes out. as for sauce, i dunno, maybe Hollandaise? or country gravy?
