I actually put away the shopping cart mostly out of fear that before I can get out of the lot a cart abandoned by me would either roll into a parked car or be run into by a car driving thru the lot. And the parking lots of the bigger stores will likely have cameras which could catch my license plate if it became an issue with another driver.

Yes. Always. I don't want random carts scattered everywhere that could hit a car. So I put my cart away and hope others will put theirs away.

Yes. Unfortunately the issue at my store isnt returning carts, its the subhumans who leave used Kleenex and wipes in their carts after use.

I drag my cart to the very back of the lot, flip it and fuck up a wheel with a hammer.
