He has no grounds to refuse. Presidential terms time out at their end date.On what grounds is he morally or logically obligated to listen to that if Trump is allowed to run again and is supposed to be given power after losing by, say, 10 million votes?

We should let the court decide that presidents are 100% immune to any criminal charges then let Biden banish Trump to Antarctica before November.
According to Trump's lawyers, Biden can just say "I'm not leaving" and nobody can do anything because presidents are godsThe military can do whatever they want. Just like they could've during January 6th.

It doesn't matter what the president thinks or doesn't think, when their term is over it's over. There is nothing they can do about it.Says who? The laws that presidents don't have to follow if Trump is allowed to run again?
It would probably better to wait for his health to degrade even more, otherwise even after Trump, republicans would probably be more dangerous with such a precedent. The idea isn't to do this once and then things go back to normal, it's to acknowledge that the Electoral College is too dangerous to exist after it appointed someone like Trump and definitely too dangerous to exist if it tries to do so again. Splitting the country apart while Trump isn't in power is less dangerous than letting him become a dictator, and no one is making any argument against it besides "the inherently unjust rules say not to!" Telling everyone who is at risk of persecution and death under Trump's insanity and 2025 that their lives are less important than following rules from 250 years ago is hateful nationalism, not an admirable dedication to "playing fair" like people are framing it as.
