It was my favorite group growing up. I'm admittedly stuck in the past and only truly love the first 4 albums and the garage days EP. I legitimately can't pick just one favorite song but I do have a favorite album.
Despite the complaints about the mastering of it and lacking bass I absolutely pick ...And Justice For All as my top album. From start to finish I absolutely love that album. Every song is great and I don't skip anything. I think it has the best instrumental of the first 4 albums and it has one of my top B side songs in Harvester of Sorrow. I think it has the strongest B side period in those first 4 albums. Blackened is probably my favorite first song side A. It is just so solid from start to finish.
Man I remember when I was a kid in junior high when that came out and I would spend the night at a friends house. We would rent an NES game and just play that tape over and over and over all night long just flipping it at the end of each side. Such good memories.
