They're goal oriented with the Phantom Thieves thing and have a lot of bad shit going on, but they've got each others' backs in and out of the Metaverse. Royal added more hangout stuff for them as well. I never felt like they were just coworkers.

the only standout good character s in the main 5 are morgana and ryuji. yusuke is nice too
4, the only other one i played, is phenomenal. the only bad character is yukiko, who is irredeemably bad and should be erased from existence

Ryuji best bro.He is the most annoying character in the series. His "no indoor voice" act wears thin really quick and he nearly gets the Team exposed as the Phantom Thieves way too many times. Also, annoyed at, "For real!?". Junpei the Third was one too many.
