personally i liked Dead Island 1 and Riptide waaaaaaayyyyy better than Dying Light. haven't played 2 of either of them and i dunno if i ever will. but i remember when i said on here that i was playing Dead Island and everyone was like "oh that game sucks so much compared to Dying Light, why are you playing that when you could be playing Dying Light instead", and i was having tons of fun playing Dead Island so i was kinda just like whatever. and then when i finally did get around to Dying Light, i was utterly let down, because it was so formulaic and bland, and the setting was so much more boring and dreary and samey compared to Dead Island.
Yeah me too, you got 4 characters with different unique abilities to customize and dying light you just play as chris redfield. Dead island 2 with the godawful card pick system from fallout 76, no real open world just small zones, zombie fury no unique abilities , I'll just stick with the first game
