Nice. One day I'm going to try a MG. I prefer the smaller HGs and RGs. I still use pens for panel lining. I'm no good with brushes. It's why I don't paint much even if I really want to because I can't get a sprayer and compressor. I hate how even just looking at the ink hard enough makes it fade. I've wanted to try scribing some old HGs to make them pop more, but I worry I'm going to mess it up or break something.
You'll never know of you don't try! Just get some decent chisels, some scribing tape, and practice on a kit you don't care about. You could get a 5-10 dollar entry grade kit to practice on too.
There are lots of YouTube videos on it and everything.
