So my foot issues just came back yesterday and got worse today. So I am not every mobile . So I door dashed since I can't stand up to cook. I know that was horrible waste of money and Cals. But I put it on credit card. So when I look at my bank account I am still saving. (I have different typic talking about how I am going to save this month). Any who I am going do my boxing seating down, and then give my feet an epatson salt bath.

I did 40 minutes on the stair machine at the gym. Im doing my last 20 min of cardio chilling on a bike. Im sweaty af. Im probably not even losing weight, I just feel like less of a bum by going to gym.
Cardio has a lot of benefits even outside of weight loss.
