Had a great day at the gym yesterday and ate pretty heathy but for w/e reason my body decided that I wasn't going to get good sleep last night so I got maybe 5 hours at best. I'm tired as fuck.


I am right there with you with sleep. Issues I have house guest and she wants to go the gym at 6 so between that and just having issues sleeping. My sleep as been shit . Starting next week i am going to put a nother effort in getting sleep. And if my body keeps waking me up early...I will just try to go back.
If you say I am wrong, then prove that you are right.
