AirPods are only really worth it if you're in the Apple ecosystem. They're not bad earbuds but their feature set is gimped if you use them on Android devices. There are equivalents like Pixel/Galaxy buds if you have a Google or Samsung phone. AirPods aren't

but the big draw is having a shitload of really convenient features that only work on iOS.
That said, these Beats buds are a lot easier to use on Android than other brands as there's widgets and an app for them.
