With other grain products or just in general? Because generally speaking is seems like there are a lot of options. Also, tortillas are* another kind of bread. lol

Depends on how they're made.

Some makers produce corn tortillas that are extremely bitter.

And some makers produce flour tortillas that taste like dust.

I prefer flour, but not if it's anything covered in sauce like a wet burrito. The consistency of flour tortilla does not do well when it gets soggy.

I've never seen a corn tortilla big enough for a quesadilla. Anyway blue corn tortillas are the best but those don't count since they're more expensive.

depends on the context. but if i had to pick just one, it would be flour b/c it works for soft tacos and burritos.
