I dislike the fact its not sold fresh on out supermarkets cuz we dont eat that mich lamb on Sweden. Can usually find it in the frozen section. I havent had that much lamb but Id like to explore it more.

I've had it twice, I think? It was fine, but that might just be because my family didn't really know how to cook it. It's not super common in my part of the states and if you do see it, it's fairly expensive.

I really like lamb but you dont see it that often over here. It confuses the locals, so when you do see it its often not a good example.

Tasted like a b grade beef to me..in all fairness the cook was uniexpwrienced in lamb based dishes. First was one was a bust dogs wouldn't even eat it. Second was ok but as said was like a b grade beef. She was trying to learn Greek dishes cause her husband was Greek. So it wasn't just the cooking of the meat but the seasoning of it too she didnr quite know how to do.
I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process

last time I had lamb was at a japanese place that was $60. I believe the #1 rated sushi spot in the city

Lamb is good, but goat is the GOAT!

Plus, goat is an extremely healthy meat, being lower in cholesterol than chicken or turkey.

It's not bad, but it's basically the last type of meat that I ever have a taste for.
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.
