How did he think that was going to work out when he couldn't even keep a job delivering pizzas?

Miles is also in high school. He is, in fact, at the same high school Peter works at.

Because, maybe despite his vast over qualification for the job, he just wants to be as normal as possible.

But, it's weird. He has a really difficult time even having his closest colleagues and family knowing about his second life because he would feel too responsible for anything that happens to them.

This problem is only magnified if he were to become a teacher anywhere. A class of students (teenagers, really) that he would have a duty of responsibility for.

How would he live with himself if Morlun or Goblin got their claws in them?

I feel like Peter would do really well as a YouTuber/streamer, tbh.

or he could monetize streaming as Spider-Man.

And he has always had a general disdain for monetizing Spider-Man honestly, for some reason. No, let's get a job under false pretenses that doesn't even pay the bills anyway!

For a guy as smart as Pete, he can be really effin DUMB. Parker luck, nothing. He can do way better with his job situation.
