I'm more of a pork guy, so it's not every day I'm craving beef like I have been for the past couple of days. Ordered an A5 Japanese Wagyu steak because I really want some high-quality beef, but also want to run to a butchery and order a beef brisket (but the closest one looks like the type of place that I'll end up becoming the meat, so I might not).

I hope I don't have deficiencies of iron, and other vitamins in general. Probably do have a protein deficiency. My workouts are probably not getting offset with enough protein to recover. Need to focus on getting meals that have higher protein values I guess.
