Mjoll. She was the first character I married when I first played Skyrim. I love the accent and she's chatty. She's also essential, so she'll never die. Aela loses her essential status when you complete one of her totem quests.

Miner girl in Shor's Stone, north of Riften. Basically Ysolda with black hair and none of the drug-smuggling baggage. And her mom Annekke is a fox (as well as being a follower / potential steward option).
And with mods like Amorous Adventures, you can have Anneke NTR her husband. 8D
