Fansubber groups still exist, some good, some bad, lots of weird drama between a number of them. It may take a few weeks or days but usually someone half decent fansubs them. There's a couple groups for example that are working on Girls Band Cry. They've been pretty good so far.

World war and magic is a genre that has potential, even though I can only think of two shows that match that description.

I mean they both have 4 girls but... that's it? It's about 4 girls that don't belong trying to find a place they belong in Shibuya. Though there hasn't been much Shibuya life apart from the first episode. I love the show but it's best to watch without assuming it's like another show ahead of time.
