Wait how does this wealth distribution work exactly? None of my friends has $1bil in cash so if I choose $1bil will I get the money from:
1.) People who have the money already? or
2.) People who'll be forced into debt/bankruptcy through my action? or
3.) A mix of both?
No deal in case#2 and #3, very yes deal in case#1.
