Bite. I can't stop. I've gotten a lot better, though. When I was younger, I'd bite them to stubs and they'd bleed and be really painful.
I also pick constantly at my cuticles. If I don't have something occupying my hands, I'm picking at my fingers.
How do I feel this good sober?
