This really isn't that much of a hypothetical. There's that woman who has a condition that makes it so that she looks like a literal child despite biologically being an adult, and finding someone willing to date her without them being accused of being a pedo is extremely challenging.

This is the crux of the hypothetical, no one over 18 is going to be able to date this person due their "age" and them living a couple more years makes it wrong from them to continue dating people their "age".

I guess it depends on if they become this timeless and wise sage if they've lived for thousands of years. They may look 15, but if they've lived for hundreds or thousands of years, they're no different from an old person that's lived for a long time. They'll be mature and wise, so it would be wrong for them to still date 15 year olds lol

i wonder, in the Narnia books they live for several years there, growing up into kings and queens, only to then stumble out of the closet turned back into kids again

i wonder how that effects their early dating life.
hell, even just their day to day schoolyard interactions gotta be weird
