Don't see it for Harry Potter at all. LotR maybe. Though feel like Matrix maybe had a bigger influence.

MCU definitely.

What did Harry Potter influence besides weaker attempts at serialized YA book adaptations, most of which failed.

"Our time" is pretty vague but in terms of how blockbusters work and why people come to the theaters, Jaws / Star Wars (and Spielberg/Lucas/Williams) wrote the book.

For a time, studios tried to adapt series with multiple movies to keep the cashflow coming.
As long as there were multiple books as source material, studios would sign up to adapt them to various degrees of success.

Alright yeah. Suppose you could count stuff like Hunger Games getting pushed due to Harry Potter. Still feel like it didn't leak so much into the mainstream, but I can see how it set a bar for the type of movies studios went for.
