god. i think rdr2 is the best "sim" ive ever played. i just play it by roleplaying; doing chores aroujd camp, bathing, going hunting, trading in town, playing cards, eating and smoking round the campfire
probably over 60 of my 200 hours on it are just for that
Ive just been sticking to the main storyline missions so far (just finished hunting a Bear for the first time with Hosea) and I cant imagine how many hours of my life Im going to invest into this game with all the side missions and challenges.glad ur enjoyin it, you got somethin special here
I need to play though that game, only played about an hour. Kind of want to replay RDR1 first though
Enjoy it. It really is one of the greatest games. Lots of people hate the sim aspects, but I love (most of) them. You really get sucked into that world and feel like you're there.
Thats another thing I was going to ask. From what I understand this a prequel to the first game and the protagonist John in the same one thats in your camp in this game, right?
Yes. That is John from Red Dead 1. In a way I envy those who are able to play them in chronological order, though RDR2 is deeper mechanically speaking.Yeah, I've done 4 playthroughs and every time I find something new.
I would also recommend taking some time to get lost and explore. There are so many awesome things to find and do, Helpful items to find as well.
