Kind of pisses me off a little to see him described as 'Harry Potter actor'Are you English? If so I would understand your frustration
Practically every fucking actor in Britain is a 'Harry Potter actor', and that is in no way his best or most representative work.
Kind of pisses me off a little to see him described as 'Harry Potter actor'I think its pretty safe to say that playing Dumbledore for six movies is going to be his most widely known role by a pretty wide margin.

Weird thing to get triggered by
RIP
Not at all. It can feel like you're not honoring someone's legacy properly if you talk about it using some second string, late career paycheck compared to much more notable achievements in the craft. It can seem downright disrespectful. They're using his best-known work. It would be nothing like the examples you provided.
It would be like honoring Jeff Goldblum by saying he was known as "that guy backing up the band in Buckaroo Banzai ." Or Steve Martin for his work on Prince of Egypt.
It's just crass.
RIP although tbh I never liked his Dumbledore much.He was good as the "only man that voldemort ever feared" version of Dumbledore. But more importantly, he was in a ton of stuff. Does anyone remember Sleepy Hollow? I still love that movie
Kind of pisses me off a little to see him described as 'Harry Potter actor'Well he played one of the major characters in the thing that most people would know him from. It's not like he played the parents. Yes I know the weasleys had decently big roles

One Dumbledore remains.R...Richard Harris's ghost? Unless you mean the Dumbledore in the memory pensieve segments when he meets young voldemort but I think that was still Michael Gambon just in makeup
