Just be careful and don't go if you aren't prepared to defend yourself. Proud Boys and Patriot Front are one thing, they are mostly pussies who don't have the stomach for a fight. When I was doing security for LGBTQ events anytime they got in my face and I didn't back down like they expected they ran away.
These blood tribe dudes are legit unhinged. I've never scrapped with them, but I know people in other cities who have, and they said these guys are there for the violence.
