One of my more local grocery store chains actually stopped selling the store brand soda because prices increased to the point where it wasn't much less than the name brand stuff.

I guess they couldn't compete, but damn does it suck.

I noticed this was the case when I went to buy a mini sweeper and dust pan. The name brand one from Libman was like 30 cents cheaper than the Great Value equivalent.
