I hope this has like a million different customizations that affect combat as Dark Souls has like builds
It doesn't have "builds" in the traditional RPG sense, but there are a lot of different parts that you can experiment with. The head, core (body), arms, legs, generator, boosters and FCS (targeting system) can all be freely swapped out. Then you have 4 weapon slots (1 in each hand and one on each side of your back) that you can mix and match weapon types with and further functions can be added via "extensions" but I don't know much about those yet, as that's new.
