In the center of my nostrils removed, so that I just have one BIG nostril that I can also squish down flat? What are the pro, cons, and legality of this? Please discuss below.

A guy was (supposedly legally) able to have all this done, so I'd think having your nose cartilage removed should be a piece of cake.

I guess "Legality" isn't the right word for it.

Are there some types of "organizations" or groups of people who might try to stop or hamper my progress while trying to get this change done? I know it might be controversial which is why I'm worried that something like the local Bishopric might mobilize its power or influence in order to stop me. Maybe some kind of Anti-Hate group who might misinterpret what I'm doing and protest it? I'm just concerned about these types of things and I was looking for advice.

Just keep it on the downlow and you shouldn't have any problem with any wacky snake handling preachers trying to stop you.
