Yeah I wasnt a big water drinker. Now thats basically all I drink all day and then Ill have a fresca or something at home with dinner
yeah the human body hasn't evolved to digest the drinks we have now. alcohol was an adequate replacement for unclean water in the past cause that's still just mostly water and carbs. who know what's in stuff these days.
