The first time I got them it felt like a crazy stomach ache you get before you have to take a dump. A dump that would never come. After awhile the pain was too much that I had to go to the hospital because I didnt know if it was my appendix or what the fuck was happening. I was puking from the pain in the waiting room and they wouldnt give me any sort of pain relief till they verified the stones with an ultrasound. As soon as they showed me the stones in both kidneys they pushed the morphine really fast. That was an amazing feeling getting IV morphine for the first time holy guacamole. The second time I knew what was happening and had some pain killers to get through the pain. Only took a day.
Im sorry youre going through this tc it will be over soon.
I lucked out twice. First, I hadn't eaten anything, so I mostly just had dry heaves and a little bile. Secondly, I was the only ER patient, so I got to be babied by some kawaii nurses the whole time. But yeah, I understand the "I'm giving it all I got, cap'n!!" feeling when it comes to expelling anything, just to have a modicum of relief.
