Wow. How much do you weigh? What's your body type?I'm 6'2 with a wider frame so I know I'll never be skinny, but I can definitely stand to lose about 50lbs at least. Forgot to add my weight, im pretty sure I'm at least 300lbs right now, might be a bit less but I think I'm probably a bit more.

Cutting out the sugar and reducing the carbs significantly should be a huge step towards getting down some significant weight.
Yea its definitely doable, like I've been drinking like 2L of pop a day and eating mostly carbs. Cutting out the sugar and reducing the carbs significantly should be a huge step towards getting down some significant weight.Yeah, cutting out the 2L entirely will do a lot. Don't drink that shit!
Too fat because of pure weight and the ride only holds so much or too fat because the safety harness/belt couldn't get around you. At 6'2 that weight coukd be distributed very differentlySafety harness would not close. I'm very top heavy. I have pretty good muscle distribution in my lower half but my top half is basically a blob lol.
Yeah, cutting out the 2L entirely will do a lot. Don't drink that shit!I know. I hate my addiction to pop and sugar in general but this was a real eye opener. Hell when I originally started with the company I currently work for I was doing camp work and actually lost a bit of weight because I had noticed I was bigger than I was comfortable with so I switched out pop for flavored sparkinling water and over the course of two months I had already noticed a difference but then the project finished and I went home and fell back into bad habits. Regained the weight plus some so I know I can do it if I can keep myself on track.thinking about opening a beer when I get home from grocery shopping
Went to the amusement park with the kids over the weekend and ended up not being able to ride some of the rides. I'm cutting sugar, only eating veggies during the day and keeping carbs/protein to supper time when I can actually cook.
Just remember not to try to do too much at once - it's a failure setup.Yea of course thats why I bought a bunch of zero sugar pop. I know it isn't the best for you long term but it at least gives me my carbonated sweet drinks for now. Veggies for during the day is easy too because I just pack only them and some ranch or ceasar dip and eat that when I'm hungry during the day. Then at supper I have my meal that isn't the healthiest but is still better than eating fast food.
Congrats on taking your first step to the best days of your life.Thanks. I started considering it when I just couldn't keep up with my kids, but now that fun stuff i love is being affected its time to change.

Get your flavor and caffeine and zero calories.

I don't do coffee at all. Is coffee any good for weight loss?I am only saying it a zero calorie way to get caffeine. That sugar free pop atuff likely causes cancer.

Don't be like that...Oh I don't mean that as I'm going to die soon or anything like that lol, just that if I remember correctly it takes a long time of copious amounts of those sweetners to induce cancer and I'm already pretty close to 40 so I'm not overly concerned about it.

I started taking Metformin because one of the side effects is loss of appetite.
I started taking Metformin because one of the side effects is loss of appetite. That and ozempic are very popular drugs for people that ear too much sugar
don't drink your calories
Low calorie beer for the win?No, because it sucks!

You get some Humalog in that pop?No but the fact i haven't developed diabetes yet means now is a perfect time to actively take steps to prevent that from happening.
