Raw spinach is great for salads or on a sandwich instead of just plain lettuce. Not a fan of cooked spinach unless it's part of a dish.

Yes, I love spinach. Those Popeye cartoons actually worked on me as a kid. I didn't think I would get reality-altering strong, but I thought I'd be pretty strong when I became an adult.
I prefer it cooked, but raw is fine, as well.

I had it with dinner. Put it in a stir fry-esque thing. Sauteed onions, zucchini, sliced turkey kielbasa, rice, spices, spinach at the end. Quick, yummy, reasonably healthy.

It's pretty good but I don't eat it often or very much at a time since it is rich in oxalates and I have a history of kidney stones (oxalate forms crystals with calcium to create kidney stones)
