Here's the list of new Pokemon and alternate forms that can now be transferred into S/V from other games. It consists of a bunch of starters, regional forms, legendaries, mythicals, and... Carbink, for some reason.

Of course, you can also transfer your Pokemon from S/V into Home for safe-keeping, and (for the first time since the original gen 1-2) you can even send them
backwards
a generation into Sw/Sh, BD/SP, or Legends Arceus if the Pokemon is also compatible with one of those games.
