Makes me laugh every time. Delusional weirdos.
No idea who that is, but they are right.
How long until Twitter is paid subscription only?About thirty seconds before it goes bankrupt.
Good. Everyone should leave Twitter
Who?I'd say "The insufferably annoying one" on Seinfeld, but that doesn't really narrow it down.
Putting aside TC's weird snarkiness, Jason Alexander is saying the same stuff everybody else is and he's not wrongI get the feeling tc is a musk slurper
instead of just paying the $7/mo like the rest of them.No matter how rich you are, paying for a checkmark is moronic.

Twitters new "verification" system only verifies that you paid for a service you can access for free. It's completely useless. What it used to represent was a legitimate account belonging to a notable person or legitimate news source, and now it's completely pointless as there's just a sea of blue checkmarks belonging to complete unknowns. It's actively made the site worse.lol sure thing. More like it was to establish which accounts were establishment approved. Why would danny devito oj etc not have a blue check when its obviously them
I mean, he has 700k followers. He won't lose that. Anyone proclaiming to be him(Why would anyone want to anyways) would show up they're a fake simply by their follower count. Anyone stupid enough to fall for it, would fall for it even now with the blue check marks and all.Bro ain't nobody going to do any actual work to verify Twitter accounts. That's why the checkmark was implemented in the first place. Now with Elon's system it's just going to be rife with impersonators, just like what happened when he first tested his $8 checkmark bullshit.
"Eight dollars for the blue badge!"
"A blue badge?"
" THE blue badge!"

beside GameFAQs (duh), Mastodon is a tried and true platform that has proven itself as a worthy replacement. If I never wanted anything to do with twitter, why would I want anything to do with mastodon?
