Have you got friends to stay with?
I'll look around and see if there are any resources I can find for homeless folks, just in case.
Edit: I found a Tumblr that specialises in information about moving out of home, and they have several posts about what to do if you find yourself homeless. Stuff like finding a place to crash if you can, but worst case scenario you can sleep at the beach during the daytime and stuff like that. Real rough-going sort of stuff.
Hopefully you've got enough support that you won't have to take extreme measures, but if the worst case scenario does happen and you do become homeless, this post might be able to help you.
