for the early hours of the game's release, the tutorial/early game allowed first person and camera mode nudity, but started implementing the mandatory underwear once you reached your apartment. after the 1.03 update lots of people started seeing the censorship, and as of 1.04 most (if not all) are. tits have not been censored for most, just genitals, but some people have reported and given screenshots of a mandatory very low-res bra being used, as well.That makes sense. I know what I saw.

So I went back and googled to see if I could find some statements cdpr made about nudity in cyberpunk in the past. To be fair they were saying stuff like "the nudity will be beyond your wildest imagination"exactly. it's not a big deal that it's not there, it's a big deal that they flaunted nudity as a selling point and then changed things once they got people's money.
Personally that's really far down on the list of things I want in a video game but I would be pretty upset if I was hit with a bait and switch as well
