I personally enjoyed all of the mainline games, but even if you didn't, you have to admit it hit the nail on the head with the music.

I loved all of the Fable games, and it's a rare series that I played each game twice.
Ten million dollars on a losing campaign, Twenty million starving and writhing in pain. =~=;

You should give it a try. Hating on Fable games is practically a meme at this point. It's actually really good, and has a good twist in it.

Only thing bad about 3 was the task of gaining money. Wasn't hard but just repetitive and boring.

1 & 2 were great, sadly I could not get into 3. Im hopeful for the reboot, I might switch allegiances again from Sony back to Xbox if it ends up being good.

I actually liked the kingdom stuff of Fable 3 a lot. And I had so much fun playing that game coop.

Oh some of that music brings me back. I always loved the magical and mystical vibe the music had. Most of that I don't even remember.

The first, despite its flaws and before The Lost Chapters its lies, has a special place in my heart. I don't know why exactly, but it does. I think it came out at a right time of my life. I was 14 and was really into Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter, other fantasy stuff so the game just aligned perfectly with my interests. I remember playing it while rockin out to Blind Guardian, Saxon, Iron Maiden, and stuff like the LOTR soundtrack. I almost want to play it right now.

2 was fun, but just lacked the certain charm of the first one. I never played 3.
