Did this ever turn around remotely good?
Is the story sorta good?

I enjoyed the story quite a bit. The biggest problem is there's these plots in the story that just don't get addressed. They were supposed to be either DLC or a sequel, but everything got cancelled. I think they did make a novel though to address some of them.

Game was also very glitchy at launch, it's been a few years but I think a lot of them have been patched out.
