As maximum I.Q as this argument is, assault rifles have been banned for decades now. And the only one known to have ever been used in a crime was when a police officer killed his wife.
Also, pistols kill far more people per year than all types of rifles combined. Mainly suicides.

Honestly, the moment one of these almost daily shootings kills one of my friends or family is the very moment I'm moving out of this country. This is something I constantly fear about all the time now. It's absolutely ridiculous.
