I used to eat smoked oysters and had a phase a few years ago where I had them often. Then I got food poisoning off them and never again

how come when I go to Asian BBQ they serve dozens of grilled oysters? How can one afford so many oysters to feed a whole crowd?! It's like $20 a dozen.

In America it's frowned upon to eat shellfish and seafood because it is food that poor people eat out of desperation. If it looks like a bug or still has the head, it's third-world country food.

you have to feed the snail carrots for a few days to filter out the digestive system since snails are known for eating bird boob , fungus, and decomposed plants

Raw > smoked by far but yeah they're like my favourite food

i usually add a tiny bit of salt and balsemic vinegar to them
