Out of these
Justices of the Florida Supreme Court should serve for life, like the Supreme Court.
Every judicial position in the state should be a life term, but both houses of the state legislature should have to vote
Elections should be held for all judicial positions so the people have more of a say.
All judges and justices should be appointed by the Governor for a single term of 10-14 years that cannot be renewed.

They really shouldn't be shoving people on to the courts for life considering a lot of them are used to pass legislation off as court rulings.
