16 y/o Amy Yu from Pennsylvania has gone missing with a 45 y/o MARRIED MAN who supposed signed her out of school TEN TIMES in the last 3 months..and now they're MISSING!!
Police issued a missing person's alert for Amy and Kevin Esterly as police said they are traveling together in a 2 door, 1999 Red Honda Accord and were last seen Monday at 7am near Amy's house!!
Kevin is described as a married man who is a concrete contractor, a white male, 5'8 tall and weighing 185lbs. AMy is a student at Lehigh Valley Academy Charter School who is asian and 4'11 who weighs 90lbs
Police said both could be "endangered" a term used to state that a person couuld be in serious trouble as Kevin and Amy had a "secretive relationship"
A warrant is out for Kevin's arrest of interference with the custody of a child based on the fact that he repeatedly signed Amy out of her school without obtaining permission from Amy's parents
Kevin signed Amy out of school 10 times between November 13th and February 9th
Her mother, Miu Luu called police on February 9th to report that Kevin had signed her daughter out that day when he had no permission to do so and then called police again on the 15th where police told Kevin and his wife Stacey not to go near Amy's home again..it wasn't clear why they were at their home that day
Amy admitted that kevin signed her out of school multiple times but on Monday, Miu called police to say her daughter ran away and taken her personal documents and jewelry with her
Stacey also said her husband left at 6am and took his personal documents and withdrew 4000 from a bank account..
They have been married since 2005 but filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2013 and Kevin had several minor criminal charges dismissed over the years
Do you think the school should be punished for letting an old man with no relation to Amy sign her out so many times??
