Black Panther has made a lot of money at the box office already -- $242 million in its first four days of domestic (U.S.) release. It had the second-biggest four-day domestic debut of all time and set a new record for Monday box office numbers, surpassing The Force Awakens ($40.11 million) with $40.167 million.

Stop killing the mood.

Real talk, I'm going to stop seeing them day 1 and buying them on blu-ray once Avengers 4 drops. Because damn it's been a minute of non-stop content, it'll be nice to reach the end.

Holy moly that's crazy! Hell of an achievement. Hopefully this is the start of seeing more diverse blockbusters.

I think it's also currently the highest rated comicbook superhero movie on RT with 97%, beating out The Dark Knight and Iron Man, both at 94%.

That's a very specific set of examples lol. Hollywood wouldn't even do Ghost in the Shell without a famous white woman in the lead smh. It was nice seeing a blockbuster set in our world that didn't even have the US in it.

Also all of those actors got famous decades ago.
