4 days please.

Mondays and Fridays are slow as fuck at my office, so I've proposed having rotating 4 day workweeks where half of each team will work Monday through Thursday and half works Tuesday through Friday and then switches the next week. That way every other week you'd get a four day weekend.

Shit got shot down because "what if we get really busy on a Monday or Friday even though that's literally never happened except for on a holiday week where we're working extended hours anyway to make up for the day off"

I'm good with 4 or 5 days. I need at least 2 days off a week and workdays lasting 12+ hours sounds like hell.

My ideal would be 10.5 hrs 4 days a week. With work M/T off W work Thr/Fri off sat and sun.

I generally find by weds/thurs I'm dragging ass, so an off day in the middle of the week to sleep in and recharge would be great. Then the standard weekend, could easily crush those 10+ hour days

4 days a week. And at the risk of sounding crazy, I'd rather work Mondays/Tuesdays and Thursdays/Fridays and have Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Three day weekends are fantastic, don't get me wrong, but having a midweek break instead is actually a great load off of your mind more so than you really would realize. Working two days in a row is no sweat whatsoever.

Not crazy, there's something to be said for that. 10 hours a day is a lot, having a day break in the middle would be huge.

I do 4 days a week at 10 hours each. I get every Monday off and telework Fridays since those are the days nothing happens.

Four 10 hour shifts. Then I have 3 days off to relax, work side jobs or whatever.

Stupid to me the standard is 5 days.
