NFL players then. They'll easily outweigh the SEALS at pretty much every spot by a good margin. In hand-to-hand, I'll take the professional athlete with 150 pound advantage who can squat 1000 lbs any day.

The seals. They'd actually stay together and use their skill as an advantage. The football players would end up disorganized.
