Wings, then the horns and tail last (because of the "has a life of its own" part, otherwise it'd be wings, tail them horns.

Hmm... between horns and tail.

Horns would be neat because it would be fun to grab onto them when I'm taking her from behind, but they would often be cumbersome and I would be worried about getting voted.

Tail I can see a number of pros. Only con would be knocking stuff over. Less intimidating than horns though.

I'll say tail.
