Overall I'd go with Murr. He can be pretty mean at times, but he's also gone through the most vicious punishments overall.
Q is a close second just because of how likable he is, and Joe just barely behind him cause of how funny and silly he can be. Sal is last, but he can still be incredibly funny at times.
