They just havent written Carl very well for the last few seasons. Just when I think this will be the season Carl becomes a badass and takes over as leader of the group, he then struggles to take down 2 walkers. Like he grew up in this world so how is he not the best shot?
Because of this if Carl dies tonight I'll be fine with it, the story will suck as I think he could have been the future of the show but it's not like they were doing much with the character.
